The MICROTOUCH Lite system is the new VISEL proposal in the area of queue management systems for retail businesses. The system consists of a 9.7 "touch-screen ticket dispenser (QS-MICROTOUCH), a multimedia LCD / LED monitor (or standard TV) with HDMI input, a mini PC player (QS-LITEBOX), a console wi-fi call with micro-display (QS-WCONS), a preconfigured access point and a software for managing five distinct queues and multimedia contents.

The new MICROTOUCH QUEUING STATION solution represents the VISEL proposal for the current quota phase of post-COVID access to retail and FOOD activities, Pharmacies, Analysis Laboratories, Public Offices, Banks, Industrial Supplies, etc. The advantage of MQS is essentially linked to the possibility of maintaining the differentiation of the services offered to the public, even in a non-standard waiting situation.

The MICROTOUCH RECEPTION system represents an intermediate solution within the Microtouch queue management lines. The system provides for the release of the numbered ticket by the reception/acceptance staff and is particularly interesting in those environments (health, medical offices, laboratories, etc.) in which it is preferable to avoid not installing a dispenser to the public to avoid mistakes in the choice of available services with obvious repercussions on call handling and waiting in general.

It can manage up to two separate numbers in total stand-alone mode and is equipped with a "digital frame" for the dissemination of multimedia content, communications, and notices, which can be managed directly by the user within the local network of activities.

The MICROTOUCH ENTRY system is the entry-level VISEL proposal within the Microtouch line. The system foresees the use of manual tear-off ticket distributors instead of the touch-screen dispenser. As far as the general architecture of the system is concerned, this faithfully follows that of the usual Microtouch standard systems. Calls will then be displayed on a multimedia LCD monitor (or standard TV) with HDMI input, virtual consoles will be available, and the system management unit will consist of the module QS-MICROTBOX, to be connected to the existing LAN network.
