CRC (Malta) Ltd. in collaboration with its foreign suppliers has established an excellent reputation with the local market in offering a superior finishing standards and lasting qualities in the Supermarket, Food and non-Food industries.

Trolley

The wide range of trolleys at CRC are safe in the knowledge that it has been manufactured and tested in accordence with EN 1929-1 and UNI 5687 (200 hours permanence in a salty cloud chamber). CrC's foreign suppliers asre also a member of the CEN 291 working group that is putting together the new European Standards. Industrial robots assemble all components and on site test rigs are used to put the trolleys through their paces, ensuring they comply with all relevant standards.

A four stage process gives CRC's trolleys a durable finish.

1.) It starts with the chemical cleaning of base metals.
2.) Then, acid-zinc-electroplating (minimum 12 micron) is used, which gives a smooth and durable finish.
3.) After this, a thicker (minimum 30 micron) more corrosion resistant clear electrostatic powder paint coating, is used to harden the zinc and increase durability.
4.) Assembly of the accessories.

There are the metal wire baskets and the plastic baskets. the capacity of the plastic baskets are 21, 24 and 30 litres. The colours available for the basket of 24 litres are green, red and blue but for the bakets of 21 and 30 litres there are also yellow available.We also have 21 litre baskets ith light colours like light blue, light yellow, light orange and light green
